Dr David Unsworth
Wakefield Sports + Exercise Medicine Clinic is pleased to welcome Dr David Unsworth, who will commence consulting within our city rooms from June 18th 2026.
Dr David Unsworth is a Clinical Psychologist and has extensive experience (public and private settings) supporting individuals recovering from persistent concussion symptoms, traumatic brain injuries, stroke and spinal cord injuries.
David provides evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment, with a particular interest in rehabilitation psychology and supporting patients through recovery following injury and neurological conditions. He works collaboratively with patients, families and multidisciplinary treating teams to optimise recovery and long-term outcomes.
David accepts referrals for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance claims, ReturnToWorkSA, Comcare, TAC, NDIS and Lifetime Support Authority patients. Telehealth consultations are also available for rural and remote patients.
