Leisa is passionate about helping her clients achieve their rehabilitation and performance goals. She consults a wide range of athletes from the recreational or amateur to the elite. Using a thorough approach to assessment and identifying your goals, Leisa will guide you through an action plan to achieve your rehab and performance targets. Leisa is experienced in a wide range of treatment approaches including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, teens exercise rehabilitation, dry needling, muscle energy techniques, massage/myofascial release.

Outside of her work in the clinic, Leisa has worked with teams including state cricket and netball, SANFL football and Pro Tour Tennis tournaments. She has a keen interest in treating injuries associated with these sports, including lumbar stress injuries, overload/tendon injuries of the lower limb (achilles/patella), foot, ankle and knee injury rehabilitation. Leisa is further interested in injury prevention for the hip, knee and ankle and especially in the developing adolescent athlete and ACL rehabilitation.
