Carla Zaikos

Carla completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Research Honours) at the University of South Australia in 2022. She has experience providing care across the lifespan, from childhood through to older adults, in both inpatient acute and long-term care settings as well as community-based therapies. Carla’s clinical focus includes rehabilitative, preventative, and restorative care, with experience in disability, cognitive impairments, neurodivergence, orthopaedics, and paediatrics.

She takes a holistic approach to patient care, with collaboration and evidence-based practice forming the foundation of her treatments. Carla is passionate about helping people regain the ability to do what they love, supporting them to achieve meaningful functional goals and enhance their quality of life.

Outside of work, Carla enjoys walking and hiking in nature, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.
