Sarah Bradbrook

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (UniSA)

WS+EMC Since: October 2026

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2022 and has since gained experience across private practice and high-performance sporting environments. She enjoys working closely with people to understand what matters to them and supporting them to build confidence, strength and capacity as they work towards returning to the activities they love.

Having competed in swimming at a national level, Sarah has a strong personal connection with sport and understands the physical and mental demands of training, competition and rehabilitation following injury. She currently works as Head Physiotherapist for Adelaide United’s women’s team, providing injury management, rehabilitation and injury prevention support. She also works with the SANFL U16 and U18 Female Development Teams. Her previous experience includes roles with West Adelaide Football Club, Hockey Australia’s Country Women’s Team, Hockey SA’s Country Men’s and Women’s Teams, and several local swimming clubs.

Alongside her sporting experience, Sarah has developed a particular interest in women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She has completed further professional development in Women’s Pelvic Health (Levels 1 and 2) and Women’s Health Through Life Stages (Level 1), as well as ASCA Strength and Conditioning (Level 1), Dry Needling (Level 1) and Pilates through Unite Health.

Sarah’s clinical interests include women’s pelvic health, sports and musculoskeletal injuries, shoulder rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning.

Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys attending sporting matches, supporting the Adelaide Crows and catching up with friends over coffee.
