Keeping you moving

Bridget Kuerschner

Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sports Science), Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology

WS+EMC Since: 2026

Bridget graduated from Flinders University in 2021 and has since gained experience working across a variety of multidisciplinary healthcare settings throughout Adelaide. During this time, she has supported individuals living with a range of chronic conditions, helping them build strength, confidence, and independence through exercise.

Bridget is passionate about improving people’s health, function, and quality of life through personalised, evidence-based exercise prescription. She believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for preventing, managing, and treating a wide range of health conditions. Bridget works closely with each client to develop tailored programs that align with their individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Her clinical interests include supporting people to build confidence with movement, develop long-term exercise habits, and achieve meaningful improvements in their everyday health and wellbeing.

Outside of the clinic, Bridget enjoys staying active and can often be found on the netball court, in the gym, or walking at her local park. She is equally happy relaxing on the couch watching Formula 1 with a hot cup of tea in hand.
