Dr Brett Slarks

Brett completed his medical studies with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Adelaide in 2018, graduating with an Adelaide Graduate Award.

Brett completed his hospital training at multiple hospitals across Adelaide, including the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the Women’s and Children’s Hospital. During which he undertook various placements including Cardiothoracics, Urology, Acute and General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry, and Paediatric General Medicine/Surgery.

More recently, Brett has begun his General Practice training. During which he has completed the Sydney Child Health Program, and undertaken further training in musculoskeletal and sports medicine, sexual health and Advanced Paediatric Life Support.

Brett enjoys managing acute sporting injuries and helping athletes to achieve their maximal potential using a multi-disciplinary approach. Brett personally enjoys undertaking high intensity group fitness training and playing tennis.
