Matthew began his career working at one of Australia’s biggest and best known public hospitals. He then completed his Masters in Sports and Manipulative Physio in 2005.

Whilst spending time working with Australian Rules Football and Sports Orthopaedics in Australia. He was fortunate to enjoy the next 15 years traveling & working full time in the Performing and Circus Arts field - surrounded by Dancers, Gymnasts, Acrobats, Divers and Free-style Motocross performers. Most recently, Matthew has enjoyed working in a gym-based private practice in Sentosa, Singapore before returning to his hometown, Adelaide.

Matthew’s areas of extra skills, knowledge and experience include:

  • Performing Arts: Dance and Circus Arts performers
  • Gymnastics, diving and trampoline athletes
  • Shoulder injury management and rehabilitation
  • Concussion rehabilitation management
  • Sports screening & Pre-season Injury Prevention
  • Acute sporting injury assessment & Side-line management

Personal Anecdote:

"I enjoy spending time being active and outdoors. I love being around my Golden Retriever and other animals. I also enjoy traveling when I can, getting to know places and cultures by way of walking, bicycle or horse back."
