Since graduating, Tommy has gained experience in a variety of settings including corporate health and private practice as well as facilitating behaviour changes programs.
As an Exercise Physiologist, Tommy designs appropriate exercise plans for individuals suffering from various chronic and complex health conditions. Tommy is experienced in providing lifestyle and exercise advice for people with conditions including diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, respiratory diseases, cancer, mental illness, osteoporosis, various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, among many others.
Through his involvement with the HEAL (Healthy Eating and Activity Lifestyle) program, Tommy has gained a keen interest in helping his patients create long term and sustainable behaviour change. Tommy’s laid back and professional approach, in combination with regular goal setting, helps create a comfortable and motivating environment where his patients have the best chance at achieving their desired outcomes.
