B App Sc Physiotherapy (1994), Special interest in hand, wrist & elbow conditions
Sally is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 30 years of clinical expertise, and has a special interest in conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and elbow. After graduating from the University of Sydney in 1994, she worked extensively across hospitals and private practices throughout New South Wales and the ACT, refining her skills in both acute injury management and complex chronic presentations.
Sally provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a range of upper limb conditions, including tendinopathies such as tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, skier’s thumb, Dupuytren’s contracture, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. She has extensive experience in custom splinting for fractures, subluxations, dislocations, and post-operative recovery, alongside designing individualised rehabilitation programs and ergonomic advice to support return to function.
Sally has a particular clinical interest in managing post-natal hand tendinitis, as well as wrist and thumb instability. Her approach is holistic and patient-centred, helping people regain confidence in everyday tasks and optimise their quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Sally enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, going for walks, and curling up with a good book.
