Since graduating as an Exercise Physiologist in 2014, Sarah has honed her skills in private practice, specialising in exercise rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions and promoting long-term health and mobility. Her philosophy centres on treating each person as a complete individual—prioritising quality of movement no matter the condition. A passionate Clinical Pilates practitioner, Sarah completed her Polestar Pilates Diploma in 2016, applying it across diverse populations from adolescent dancers to older adults, with a particular emphasis on spinal pathologies. With her recent Masters in Physiotherapy, she now brings an even richer, multidisciplinary approach to her rehabilitation work.
Sarah is particularly drawn to tailored exercise rehabilitation programs in the gym and through Clinical Pilates, focusing on managing osteoarthritis, supporting post-operative recovery, and improving general musculoskeletal health.
