The Wakefield Sports Clinic conducts regular information sessions for sports trainers, teachers, athletes, parents, coaches and anyone else who wants to find out more about a wide range of topics. In the past, these have included Recovery; Stretching; Head, Neck & Spine Injuries; as well as information on Shoulders; Knees; Hamstrings; Ankles; and, of course, our ever-popular Elastoplast Taping Workshops. Hands-on taping workshop for all levels from beginners to advanced. You will be grouped according to experience and groups are kept small to ensure a high level of attention. All your questions will be answered by our experienced trainers and physiotherapists. All tape provided by Elastoplast Sport.

Reconstructive Knee Surgery:
Wakefield Sports Clinic Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Richard Clarnette takes you through the fascinating (and slightly macabre) process of knee reconstruction. He shows you inside the knee with actual footage, and discusses the process of the reconstruction.
Then, WSC Physio Kate Beerworth outlines a typical rehab program for such as case, and offers ideas on pre-hab exercises that may help you avoid the whole process in the first place!

Battlefront Tips:
Theory is good in the classroom, but what happens out on the battlefield? Wakefield Sports Clinic's Dr Andrew MacDonald will conduct a Q&A on all the �what-ifs� you can think of, aided by some of our most experienced and qualified Sports Trainers. Are you really cof what to do in all situations?Ask the professionals. Andrew is the Club Doctor for the Norwood Football Club, and has received an AFL Appreciation Award for services to football in the Northern Territory.
