Andrew MacDonald

Andrew has had significant frontline experience in Sports Medicine, particularly in all codes of football. He is currently the Norwood Football Club Doctor. His interests include: football injuries,(AFL, RL, RU, Soccer, Gaelic football), hockey injuries, minor surgery, nutrition for sport, rehab and treatment of concussion. He received an AFL Appreciation Award for services to football in the Northern Territory and currently divides his time between NT and South Australia.

Brian Sando O.A.M

Brian is one the most experienced and decorated Sports Doctors in Australia. His long list of achievements include four-time Chief Medical Officer for the Australian Olympic Team, Adelaide Football Club Chief Medical Officer; Davis Cup Tennis Medical Officer; Australian Track and Field Team Doctor; and Australian Swim Team Doctor. He was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 1995 for his services to Sports Medicine and inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame in 2001. Danielle has particular sports medicine interest in running, AFL, the female athlete and acute trauma. She completed the 2007 SMA Sports Medicine in General Practice Course and was awarded the Owen-Bowering prize. She has previously worked as the Club Doctor for the West Adelaide Football club. Graham Hughes

Graham is the Club Doctor for the Port Adelaide Magpies. He is interested in all areas of Sports Medicine, and is particularly passionate about health and exercise ("Lifestyle Prescription") for all ages and all levels of athletic ability.

Graham has been a GP in Mt Barker for 20 years until leaving the Practice in January 2008, and is the regular locum with NT airmed in Nth East ArnhemLand.

Graham is the instructor for an Advanced Paediatric Life Support course, and is still an active athlete, regularly participating in sprint distance triathlons, fun runs and open water swims.
