Leisa is passionate about helping her clients achieve their rehabilitation and performance goals. She consults a wide range of athletes from the recreational or amateur to the elite. Using a holistic approach to assessment and identifying your goals, Leisa will guide you through an action plan to achieve your rehab and performance targets. Leisa is experienced in a wide range of treatment approaches including manual therapy, Exercise Rehabilitation, Teens Exercise Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, Muscle Energy Techniques, massage/myofascial release.

Outside of her work in the clinic, Leisa has worked with teams including state cricket and netball, SANFL football and Pro Tour Tennis tournaments. She has a special interest in treating injuries associated with these sports including lumbar stress injuries, overload/tendon injuries of the lower limb (achilles/patella), foot, ankle and knee rehabilitation. Leisa is further interested in injury prevention for the hip, knee and ankle and especially in the developing adolescent athlete.
