Can I make an appointment via email?

No.  You must ring the Clinic on 8232 5833 (Medical) or 8232 5566 (Physiotherapy)

Can I contact my Practitioner via email?

Patient care will not be discussed via email.  This is not only a legal requirement, but ensures patients receive the approporiate time and care from their practitioner.

Do I need a referral?

A referral is only required if you are a Work Cover or Third Party Accident Claim, or you are coming to see one of our orthopaedic surgeons.  You just need to ring and make an appointment.

However, a referral or letter from a practitioner who has treated you for the current injury may be helpful and allow for appropriate communication.

Please also remember to bring with you any relelvant information, scans, x-rays, etc relating to the injury.

Do I need to pay for the visit at the time?

For medical consults:

Please bring your medicare card so we can submit the claim to medicare for you.  Full payment is required on the day.
